hate on my hometown all you want, but I can drive ten minutes and be chilling on the beach (:

I also love the beach for many reasons. The sound of the water instantly calms me for one, but I also love watching the people there. I saw happy families, laughing children, couples walking and playing together, strangers meeting and being kind to one another, and some people even smiled at me just because. I love my hometown and the beach especially, gives me perspective in life.
